conjugates for running at least 12* complete 8 × 12 ELISA plates
* given number of plates suggests using Streptavidin-PolyHRP conjugates in working
dilution 1/5.000 (from 1 mg/ml stock, corresponds to effective conjugate concentration
200 ng/ml). Said dilution is recommended as starting dilution in development of HS ELISA
test systems that will be fairly close to a maximum final working strength dilution in many
HS ELISAs. Higher dilutions up to 1/10.000 - 1/20.000 are frequently been applied in
many ultrasensitive ELISA systems with strong matched antibody pairs.
#SP-START01 includes three basic SA-PolyHRP items
in pre-diluted stabilized 1/500 format (2 µg/ml):
