10% BSA1, Ultra pure, biotin and IgG free, #BSA1 BSA1 is a 10% (w/v) solution of Receptor Grade Fraction V BSA in PBS pH 7.3 with 1000 ppm 5-Nitro-5-bromo-1,3-dioxane (BND), 0.2µm-filtered. It is certificated as product containing no traceable biotin and bovine IgG. This product is stable 2 years when stored at +4°C. Recommended use: 1) Blocking reagent for blocking ELISA immunoplates, blotting membranes and 3D porous filter matrices after immobilization of capture antibody/antigen. Dilute 1/10 to 1/20 in PBS/BND (made of #PBSC and water) to produce 1-0,5% blocking BSA solution. 2) Component of diverse diluent systems and other liquid IVD formulations - in the capacity of general protein stabilizer and moderate NSB blocker. 3) 0,2% BSA1 diluted 1/50 in PBS/BND is the first choice validated after-conjugate-wash-buffer-1 in 3D-PolyHRP/p(HS)TMB format assays. BSA1 is universal unrestricted product fully compatible with SA-PolyHRP in all listed above applications. 10% BSA, Ultra-pure, biotin and IgG free #BSA1 pricing BSA2 is a 10% (w/v) solution of Fraction V BSA in PBS pH 7.3 with 1000 ppm BND, 0.2µm-filtered. BSA2 may contain trace concentrations of biotin and bovine IgG. Product is stable 2 years by +4°C. Recommended as: 1) Blocking reagent for blocking ELISA immunoplates, blotting membranes and 3D porous filter matrices after immobilization of capture antibody/antigen. 3) 0,2% BSA2 diluted 1/50 in PBS/BND is the second choice after-conjugate-wash-buffer- 1 in 3D-PolyHRP/p(HS)TMB format assays. BSA2 is not recommended for immediate use with SA-PolyHRP conjugates, i.e. as component of SA-PolyHRP diluent system. 10% BSA, trace biotin and IgG #BSA2 pricing #HAMAB is supplied in liquid form as PBS solution containing (as per specification) 8 to 12 mg/ml mouse mieloma immunoglobulins G, mixture of different subclasses having no identified antigen-binding activities, preserved with 1000 ppm BND, 0.2mm-filtered. Reagent is stable 2 years (+2°/+8°C). Recommended starting concentration for effective eliminating HAMA-associated false positive (sandwich tests) and false negative (competitive tests) reactions is 200-250 µg/ml, concentration range for optimization work is from 50 µg/ml to 1 mg/ml.
