Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40, extra aminated derivative of the PolyHRP40
suitable for covalent coupling with e.g. NHS-haptens yielding stable specific
Hapten-PolyHRP40 conjugates for ultrasensitive detection of haptens in competitive
immunoassays.
Supplied as concentrated liquid reagent in dedicated stabilizer pH 7,2 optimized for NHS & Sulfo-SMCC activation.
Aminoethyl-PolyHRP40 can readily be processed into maleimide-activated PolyHRP
using Sulfo-SMCC. Maleimid-AEP40 can further be used for labeling thiolated
antibodies and antigens.
Previously the minimum order volume for
AEP40 was 5 mg. Label was manufactured essentially as a custom product, and synthesizing
lesser than 5 mg amount was in fact unprofitable. Given increased number of purchase
orders for AEP40 we may currently have more material in stock to provide a sustained
supply of the smaller quantities. Almost at any time we have a few lots AEP40 that are stored in our production
inventory as remainders of the preceding large volume orders processed across calendar year with reserve of extra
synthesized material. Besides, we have re-formulated AEP40 into specialty stabilizer enabling 2 years shelf life at +4°C.
